Spanish 2B Sra. Toth Rm. 158 ¡Bienvenidos!

Materials You will need: Your packet Paper, pencils, other writing utensils A 3-ring binder or folder EVERY DAY in class, unless I tell you otherwise. After the bell rings, you will not be allowed to go to your locker to get your materials. Occasionally, we will use textbooks in class.

Be on time You will have 1 additional minute after the final bell to make it to class and not be marked tardy. If you are more than 10 minutes late to class, you may not enter the room.

Homework You will have weekly online homework assignments. You will be graded on homework completion every Friday. You will receive: 2 points if your homework is complete, well-done and is on time. 1 point if your homework is mostly complete. 0 points if it is missing or shows poor effort. Late assignments will not be accepted.

Projects You must prepare and perform a mastery-based project each semester on a given topic. These will include making a Power-point presentation, Prezi o video and preparing a 5-8 minute speech on a specific topic.

Absences IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK ON MAKE-UP WORK!!! On the day you return from an absence, find out what you missed. Quizzes and tests must be made up according to the school’s regulation.

Other rules NO cell-phones (unless I tell you otherwise) I-pods, electronic devices – put them away as soon as you step into the classroom. Water, snacks OK Bathroom…
