Economic Development: Terms to Know Gross Domestic Product (G.D.P.): Total of goods and services made in a nation in one year G.D.P. per capita: G.D.P. per person Size of Population: the number in a country, used to divide into G.D.P. to create G.D.P. per capita
Economic Development: Terms to Know Life Expectancy: the average number of years an individual in the country is expected live. Literacy Rate: Percentage of people who can read and write Standard of Living: the expected level of living for a country
