Agenda for Parish Council – 14 August 2017 Devotion & prayer (7:30-7:45) – Adrian (we are up to 2nd Timothy Ch. 2) Apologies – Sharon Partlett Safe Ministry report (7:45-8:00) Jacquie Sperinck & Linda Henry – see attached document, please read prior to PC Ministry update (8.00-9.00) Realignment of congregations for 2018 AIM night - Potential MAPpers for 2018 Adoption of Minutes and Business arising from previous meeting (9.00-9.15) Painting in chapel and hall completed – vote of thanks to JJ for his efforts here A/C – summary of Frost/Majestic differences tabled, decision to proceed needed Carpet – decision as to when to proceed required in order to confirm work dates, colour?
