Basic Listening Sequence Using these skills for assessment

Questions and the 8 Major Issues Questions help begin the interview. Open questions help elaborate and enrich. Questions bring out specific info about the client’s world. Questions are critical to assessment-content and focus of interview. The first word matters-pg. 103.
