Improving customer service through effective performance management

Feedback on goal accomplishment provides the employee with recognition by peers, supervisors, and coaches. Setting and achieving goals increases, and increased willingness to accept future challenges as a result of goal setting. Participative goal setting has been found to be effective in increasing performance and in generating feeling of competency among employees who are uneducated, who have a work weak eye, and / or negative self-imag.
