Questions to Start How is your grant organized? How often do all of the projects/organizations/people meet? Is there a communication system set up to get information out? How do you determine that progress is being made?

Louisiana SPDG (LaSPDG) Project Structure Louisiana DOE supports a co-director (.35 FTE) Support to project provided by Division Director and Section Leader Project staff supported through an Interagency Agreement with LSU 5 staff members at 1.0 FTE including a co-director Principal Investigator Contracts with People First of Louisiana and Pyramid CPRC

Organizational Structure LDOE LSU People First Pyramid CPRC LEA Subgrants

Getting People Together… LSU and LDOE staff meet face-to-face monthly Calls and emails as needed Staff meet to review quarterly report of progress Collaboration with LDOE and LSU SPP activity meetings 2-3 times a year Support LDOE “connector meetings” Support LSU with internships, trainings, and college events LSU staff meet weekly Standing office days are Tuesday and Thursday Other meetings as necessary
