The form is returned to your home Local Authority You can apply online or through a paper application using a Common Application Form (CAF) The CAF form will be sent to your Local Authority

Pan London Co-ordinated Admissions System – (PLCAS) Common Application Form All applications are made to the local authority (LA) in which you live. The Applications can be made online from 1st September 2016. If you live in Westminster you make all your choices on the Westminster Common Application Form/online application If you live in Brent/K&C etc you make all your choices on your home LA Common Application Form (you can download from you home LA website or visit their online application page) Some schools require you to complete a supplementary information form (see Our Lady of Dolours SIF)
