Purpose & Outcome Develop action plans to meet challenges in recruiting and developing Dual Language teachers Co-create a matrix of strategies and resources to draw in developing action plans

Needs What makes a good Dual Language teacher? Do you have a job description that reflects that? What do you need to hire for next year? What are your projected hire needs over the next five year? (plan for attrition)

District Resources Do you know what level of support you have from human resources? Do you need to advocate for any changes? Are there district-wide goals around hiring staff to reflect the community that align with DL hiring? What existing recruiting efforts can be augmented to support DL recruitment? STBP funds can be used for DL recruitment
