Graduation Ceremony When: Thursday, May 25, 2017 Where: Grand Canyon University 3300 W. Camelback Rd. Time: 7:00 pm Seniors begin check in at 5:45 pm Doors open at 5:45 pm

Seating and Parking No tickets / Cannot hold seats GCU has 6000 seats Ride to the facility with someone Give yourself plenty of time to get there Approximately 60 minutes in traffic to get there

Graduation Videos / Photography Ordering information from a contracted professional photographer and videographer You can purchase the entire ceremony for $20 Photographers will take two to three photos of you

Graduation Diplomas Blank jacket given at the ceremony Diploma can be picked up in the office beginning Tuesday May 30th School office closed on Fridays

Participation in Graduation Ceremony All seniors are encouraged to participate All e-cap assignments must be completed to graduate Any senior found trespassing on the CSHS campus during non-school hours may not participate Any destructive behavior or disruptive behavior will not participate Senior pranks are over-rated and not needed Don’t do anything to lose your privilege to walk

Grad Nite Live When: Friday, May 26th Where: Dave and Busters (Desert Ridge) Time: 10:00 pm to 4:00 am Cost: $60 for CSHS Seniors/ $75 for guests Have a great time with your classmates

Graduation Speeches Opening Remarks and Closing Remarks open for audition Criteria for speaking: Only graduating seniors can audition Reserved for 1 senior per speech (no groups) Speech cannot be longer than 2.5 minutes Written speech turned in to Dr. Bebee by April 7th. Content must be school appropriate Auditions will be the week of April 17th Judging criteria: Volume Articulation Eye contact Conviction Substantial and worthwhile content Appeal to the audience
