TEAM SORTING

Puzzling out Teamwork You and you teammates have 15 minutes to solve the puzzle. I will not answer any questions after the time starts. You have everything you need to solve the puzzle . As soon as you are done send one representative up to get something for the rest of the group. First team done will get a prize.

Discussion Send one person from each team to present the answer the their question(s)? Cannot be the person that got the questions. What made this activity hard? What made this activity easy? What did you learn about being a participant in a team? Having been a participant what can a leader do to make that eaiser?

Time Management

Time Management Discussion What is Time Management? Mindtools defines it as “the way that you organize and plan how long you spend on specific activities.” What are methods of time management? Scheduling, Organization and Prioritizing Ask about what time management might look like in Business world, as Leader, and in TSA. Ask about how methods of time management would vary for these three things.

Time Management Activity You have 3 minutes from the time I say go to complete the 6 activities contained in the envelope. The first team to finish or the team that has the most done when time ends wins. You will be graded on accuracy for every mistake 3 seconds will be added to your time. After everyone finishes we will discuss the activity. Questions for Discussion. What were problems you ran into, or what was hard about this activity. What did you find easy about this activity, what worked for you. Did anyone take charge, or did people just volunteer for task.
