About Our Sturgeon Acipenser schrenckii(史氏鱘) is most valuable treasure fish in existing Sturgeon fish in China, which originally lives in Heilongjiang river, Ussuri River and Songhua River. Its spindle shape body with no scales but covered with five rhombus bone shape. Only stable climate, pure water and rich biological food can facilitate its steady growth. We introduce 5-inches baby Sturgeon fish from I-Lan of Taiwan. Recycling water is from Center mountain, Wan-Da Dam and Sun-Moon lake. With the 365 days recycling water, the Sturgeon fish meat is delicious and full of collagen.

About Our Sturgeon Sturgeon fish meat is fresh and no sting. It is full of nutrition, such as DHA, EPA and many amino acid. EPA, we also called it “Gold Brain”, is good for soften brain vein, facilitating the development of Brain, and preventing senile dementia. Sturgeon fish also be called as Emperor Fish, which the favorite fish of Empress Dowager Cixi in Chin dynasity. It’s one of three valuable food in traditional China. Sturgeon fish meat is good value of nutrition and medicinal.

Sturgeon Farming We farm the Sturgeon on the ponds with recycling spring water system. The ponds are at 750 meter height above the sea level. The suitable temperature for Sturgeon is 20-22 C. Stable temperature will keep the Sturgeon grow steady. To grow as a 2KG weight will need 1 year. 4 Guidelines are followed as we feed the Sturgeon, Ensure steady water: The key index to farm Sturgeon is the Dissolved Oxygen. Sturgeon can’t bear with low Oxygen below 3 mg/L and is good above 5mg/L. To ensure clean water is the MUST. We ensure steady quality of water by natural recycling spring water. Ensure steady temperature: Sturgeon is Cold water fish, it can’t bear the temperature above 28C and the suitable temperature is 15-26C. Recycling water system keep the water temperature below 26C. In addition, we check water temperature, PH, Dissolved Oxygen timely to ensure stable environment for Sturgeon and take precaution if needed. Regular Feeding: We feed Sturgeon base on 4-Regular (Regular time, Regular position, Regular quality and Regular amount) and 4-Status (weather Status, Water quality status, Sturgeon activity status and Sturgeon eating status). The amount of feeding Sturgeon each time is 1.5% of total Sturgeon weight. We normally feed Sturgeon 3-4 times a day and will adjust slightly depends on situation, such as weather, temperature,…etc. Regular Sturgeon status check: We check inspect the ponds on every morning, noon and evening, especially on morning and evening. The growth and health status of Sturgeon are checked and recorded.
