B axis A axis The machine we are using now

Job is placed on machine like this

There is a multi angle hole is there in this area. That is Both A axis and B axis has to rotate If I run the prgm in machine simulation. Tool is coming straight. A axis and B axis is not taking any movement U can see in Pic. Tool path and tool axis difference

If I activate “collision checking” the machine simulation is Running very slow. And it not showing any collision message also. How can I use this option effectively

If I use 180 deg setting operation If I use 180 deg setting operation. Instead of rotation the job…spindle is coming under the job and starting the operation.. Why this happening… we are facing very much problem like this condition. Is this any mistake of setting..?? I am keeping the setting detail also in Next page..
