E-Mail Dear Mr. X, We all know that the economic crisis has a negative effect on our fitness studio. People very often save their money and won’t spend it in our company. I have thought about different ideas to find a solution and I would like to present a few ideas to you in this e-mail. We could offer certain price discounts for students and unemployed persons. These groups don’t have much money but a lot of time that’s why they could be interested in our offer. When I talked to members of our fitness club, people complain about the cleanliness. We should clean the lockers more often and change this negative aspect. Our members will like it I guess and this will raise our reputation and image. I hope my ideas will help you and our company to resist the economic crisis. Best Regards, your sincerely,

E-Mail Subject: Problems with give-aways Dear Mike, On the 28th of January, I have ordered some give-aways for out new store-opening. First of all XY-Company didn’t work on our order at all and didn’t reply to my e-mails or phone calls as well. Second, they reacted very rude to my claim. The give-aways are now on their way, but it is not sure whether they will be on time. I am very embarrassed and want to change the contract for the next orders. Please give me a short note if that is with you.

E-Mail Hi John, about two hours ago I have received an E-Mail from Stefanie of the Sauber BMW racing team. She asked me why the broadcasting times in the Italian TV where much higher compared to last year. Indeed in the first moment I was wondering, too, but after I had spoken to Markus from our research team, it was clear that an Italian pay TV channel started a parallel distribution to the free networks. I also gave this explanation to Stefanie, but wouldn’t it be much easier if we build better ways of communication in the future by forming teams containing people of the consultancy and the research department? Just think about it. Regards

E-Mail Dear Timo, I just get an email from our catering service in which they told me that they have not enough spirituous beverages for our vip event after our grand opening on Wednesday. I know that our client only wants that specific beverages. As far as I can remember that was a really great challenge the last time! We have two days left until the event starts. So, my conclusion is to force the catering service to find some alternatives. Finally, when that doesn't work I will check all the spirit shops here in Frankfurt to find the specific beverages our client booked. In my opinion, that would be the last chance to satisfiy our clients wishes. Let me know what you're thinking of that idea. Best wishes

E-Mail Hey Chris,   concerning our marketing actions at the BBL ALLSTAR Day on Jan 17th: The stripper we hired for the after game party got sick and can not come. I know a another strip dancer who would do it for the same price. The only thing is she is a brunette not a blond haired girl. Shall I hire her anyways?   Regards,
