Updating M.O.D. Portfolios Clinton Public School District Special Education Department

Adobe Reader does NOT allow you to save your changes to portfolios Adobe Reader does NOT allow you to save your changes to portfolios. Visit www.pdfescape.com, in order to save changes. CLICK HERE.

Upload your pdf to PDFescape. Browse your files and open a M. O. D Upload your pdf to PDFescape. Browse your files and open a M.O.D. portfolio. Once selected, click “Upload.” CLICK HERE.

Once uploaded, you can type and place checks in the colored boxes by simply clicking them.

Once you are done updating the portfolio, click the GREEN “Save & Download PDF” button located on the far left-hand side of the screen. CLICK HERE.

Once the computer is done downloading your file, click the arrow next to “Save” and click “Save as.” Now save the file to your computer and/or flash drive. CLICK HERE.

When you open the pdf in Adobe Reader, your changes have been saved.

BOY, THAT WAS EASY! Every time you need to update your students’ M.O.D. portfolios, follow these procedures.

PDFescape is FREE, but there are data limits PDFescape is FREE, but there are data limits. When you exceed your limit, delete old files by clicking the “My Account” link. CLICK HERE.

Now click “View Recent Files.”

Click the RED X to delete the file(s) from the website’s database and to clear up storage for future use.

DON’T WORRY. Although your files will have to be deleted from the website’s database from time to time, they SHOULD be safely stored on your computer and/or flash drive.
