Registration Period (August 24 – August 31) Online Registration Period to choose and register courses online
Steps to Complete Registration Access to online registration: Sign an agreement with AUCA; Get a universal ID card and sign additional agreement for direct debiting with KICB; Meet your Advisor to discuss course selection Fall Schedules for 2017 Admits for each Major
Steps to Complete Registration Aug 24, 2.20 P.M. – online registration starts www.or.auca.kg / www.onlineregistration.auca.kg Use your AUCA account login and password Choose courses you want to register for to form your electronic Study Card
Steps to Complete Registration Send your electronic Study Card to your Advisor for course revision and approval.
Steps to Complete Registration Upon the advisor approvals receipt, please send your study card to Registrar’s office. Registration is finished.
Schedule of Classes/Rooms Rooms are indicated in the electronic schedule
Add-Drop Period September 4, Monday - September 14, Thursday Period for students to modify course selection. All changes should be approved by Advisor. Submit your electronic Study Card in case of changes to Registrar’s Office to complete registration process.
Cancelled Courses During Add/Drop Period some of the classes might be cancelled and announcement will be sent to AUCA e-mail. Cancelled courses are highlighted in red in your schedule. Make changes to your course selection and go through the registration process again to finish the registration.
Penalty Week Students who did not submit Study Card by the end of Add/Drop period (September 14, 2017 ) have a chance to finish registration during the penalty week. Late Registration Fee Go through the registration process again to finish the registration.
Exchange Registration is paper based for Exchange students. International office coordinator/Advising office.
