What is Registration solutions? Registration Solutions provides a place to resolve unique registration situations including: Arriving without a ticket Walking in as a new registrant Transfer current registration to different person Empty registrations without tickets Lost name badges

Registration solutions Set-up Registration Important Documents envelope Walk-In Registration/Transfer Forms Green “Do Not Process” labels Summit Guest Notebooks Name badge & lanyards Printed rosters (alphabetized & sorted by church) from Summit Central Two (or more) computers with internet connection

Walk-in Registrations Site 1 Pathways Church Up to 10 guests from the same church/org. with the same form of payment Payment information is added by RS volunteer (credit card payments handled online)

Walk-in Registrations Site 1 Pathways Church Be sure payment amount matches the total of fees for each form – staple cash & checks to each form. If payment is by Credit Card, don’t use this form – have guests register online.

Guests are now ready to enter the summit! Give them a Summit notebook and name badge & lanyard Bill Hybels

Empty registration without ticket step 1 Ask the guest for the name of their church or organization Check the paper or Online Roster by Church for the guest’s church or organization If it’s a common church name, be sure you’ve also located the correct city and state Check mark the roster and write the 7 digit order number on a pink Walk-In/Transfer form If you are unable to find an available empty registration, the guest will need to complete a Walk-In registration form

Empty Registration without ticket Step 2 Write the 7-digit Registration Number attendance report here Site 1 Pathways Church Write the guest name here This registration has already been paid for; no fee is collected for adding a name to an empty registration. Give the guest a Summit notebook and name badge. Set this form aside to be returned to the WCA!

Transfer registration without ticket step 1 Ask the guest for the name of the person who’s registration they are taking Check the paper or online Roster by Name for the original guest’s name Check mark the name on the roster and write the 7 digit order number on a pink Walk-In/Transfer form If you can not find the original registrant, the guest will need to complete a Walk-In Registration Form

Transfer registration without ticket step 2 Write the 7-digit Registration Number attendance report here Site 1 Pathways Church The guest needs to be from the same organization This registration has already been paid for; no fee is collected for changing the original registration to a new name. Give the guest a Summit notebook and name badge. Set this form aside to be returned to the WCA! Write the new guest’s name here

Walk-in registration non host site With Computer (CC payment) manned by RS Volunteer Guest speaks their information to RS volunteer at computer beginning w/church information RS volunteer enters guests’ personal info If guest has a priority code, it can be applied before payment is processed CC payment info taken from card by RS volunteer & entered directly online Guests with all other forms of payment will complete a Pink Walk- In Registration Form

Walk-in registration – host site With Computer (CC payment) manned by RS Volunteer Host Site reg. page is open & church info is pre-populated (from SC if not using HTML on your web-site) Guest speaks their personal information to RS volunteer at computer CC payment info taken from card by RS volunteer & entered directly online Host Site guests with all other forms of payment will complete a Pink Walk-In Registration Form

Pre-registered guests without tickets Original Registrations “Record Attendance” page on Summit Central manned by RS Volunteer RS Volunteer looks up registration by last name Control F will work to search this page When the registrant name is located, click the check-in button Give the guest their Summit materials to enter the Summit If you are using smart devices for Express Check-in, you’ll notice guests are already check marked on this page

Walk-in Rates Host Site Rate (from Guest Check-In page on SC) Co-Host Rate (same as Host Rate) Summit Partner Churches & Organization Rates ($129) Military Rate ($89 – for active duty and spouse) Student/Faculty Rate ($89) Any other Priority Codes given by guest need to be approved by the calling the Summit Hotline

Unique registration situations Lost Name Badge Double check guest is registered and only give a second name badge if you have leftovers Comp. Transfers Check with your promotional strategists to be prepared for guests who will arrive to redeem a comp that was entered as a an empty registration for the host site.

Do not process Situations requiring the “Do Not Process” sticker: Split Payment Registered Previously (guest is certain they’ve registered but not found on roster) Comp Transfer Do Not Process
