What’s New Operational Implementation of the Datafolio Designed specifically for students with the most significant cognitive disabilities No formal communication Working at pre-academic level Measures progress toward accessing academic standards Three collection periods throughout the year Results from collection period entries combined to determine knowledge, skills and progress over time

What’s New Additional EOCs – Operational Field Test Access Civics (Grade 7) Access US History (HS) Established School-Level Administrator to assist in managing FSAA administrative process Enhancements to the online system School-level student roster provided with materials

What’s New Returning of Secure Materials Test Booklets, Passage Booklets, and Response Booklets (make sure to return cover sheet with the unique identification number and barcode of one-sided materials), and Cutouts Detailed School Level District Reports will be provided to districts Includes reconciled and non-reconciled Missing Materials Does not include reported Defective Test Materials or Soiled Materials

What’s New Returning of Secure Materials 99,055 distributed 99.8% returned 41 Districts returned/appropriately destroyed 100% of their materials 23 reported missing that were reconciled 163 unreturned/ not reconciled Soiled or destroyed materials are not included In addition to completing the Missing Materials/ Soiled Materials Report, districts must provide detailed plan for ensuring all materials are returned/accounted for

Important Dates – FSAA-Performance Task Preorder Materials – Traditional print EOCs, One- sided materials and Braille and Tactile Graphics (contracted/uncontracted) September 15 – November 4, 2016 2016-17 Testing Schedule - Elementary and Middle School (Grades 3-8) and Access Civics EOC Materials in Districts – February 17-23, 2017 Testing Window – February 27-April 14, 2017 Responses entered into online system – by April 14, 2017 at 11:59 pm Return Materials to Piedra – No later than May 12, 2017

Important Dates – FSAA-Performance Task 2016-17 Testing Schedule – High School (Access ELA 1 and 2) and Access Algebra 1, Access Geometry, Access Biology 1, and Access US History EOCs Materials in Districts – March 13-17 OR 20-24, 2017 Testing Window – Upon receipt – April 28, 2017 Responses entered into online system – by April 28, 2017 at 11:59 pm Return Materials to Piedra – No later than May 12, 2017 NOTE: Only students enrolled in Access Courses should participate in the FSAA

FSAA-Performance Task 2016 53,708 tests were completed successfully 22,976 in ELA (Grades 3-10) 17,318 in Mathematics (Grades 3-8) 5,835 in Science (Grades 5 and 8) 7,607 EOCs 2,678 in Algebra 1 1,834 in Geometry 3,174 in Biology 1 Standard Setting for the FSAA-Performance Task will take place in February, 2017
