Electricity flows in a closed path called a circuit. A simple electrical circuit is a system with three parts that have: 1.A source that provides electricity.
3 things needed to make a circuit: 1. Battery - energy 2. Wire – transfers the electricity 3. Indicator – tells you if circuit is working Ex: light, sound,

THE WHOLE DISASsEMBLY OF THE TOOTHBRUSH

How do the various part interact? The battery powers the motor which powers the toothbrush head which then goes back and forth which cleans the teeth and the toothbrush body holds all the parts.

What are the good and bad features of the Product? GOOD FEATURES >The product is a reasonable price >excellent product for a good price BAD FEATURES > waste of money >This is not a very friendly toothbrush head replacement. It will pinch or cut your lip at the joint of the head and the base. There is a big gap that while in use moves around and can cause tissue damage. Stick with the Braun brand.

What caused the product to succeed or fail? It was brand new until we tore it apart.

Are the materials that were used appropriate? They were appropriate because it all worked out in the end.

What manufacturing process was used? The plastic is melted and wrapped around a mold of the toothbrush body and then they put the electrical parts in and make the motor by getting the metal shape it and wrap the copper on it and shape the metal rod the same way and the toothbrush head is mad the same way the toothbrush body was made and put the bristles in it and then you put the batteries in and enjoy.

What is the estimated manufacture cost of the product? The manufacture spends about 65 cents to make.
