In 2012, there were close to 130 operating breweries in the state. We have almost tripled that amount in the past five years.

Lessons from Longmont brewers Support from local government and community partners goes a long way. Business growth is strong, but variable. Cash flow is a concern for growing breweries. Tasting rooms are important to success. Desirable real estate and location are paramount considerations.
