Discussion and conclusion Discussion : Other inter-proximal area in this case, papilla do not fully filling in. Fully closing the inter-proximal dark triangle would become disharmony. Different from a Class 4 cavity, an opaque layer in diastema closure is not always necessary. Using CeramX Mono+ without an opaque layer in diastema closure is enough to achieve anterior aesthetic.Mock-up and wax up are very useful when building anterior aesthetic, combining mock-up method and direct composite resin filling can save a lot of clinical time. Conclusion: Using CeramX Mono+ in a diastema closure case can achieve acceptable esthetic outcome.
