Let ‘s Start Interview Questions

1. Why We Should Hire You? There are two things that employers are looking for with your answer Real Reasons – The employer wants to hear that you have real reasons that you deserve to be hired. Confidence – You must deliver your answer with confidence Bad Answer : I guess you should hire me because I am a really hard worker, and I have experience in the field, and I’m smart, and I have intelligence, and I am a good fit for your company. Good Answer : I have a history of success in the field. I improved revenue by 150% in just six months with company X. I was team leader for several projects, and I have always shown the ability to learn and adapt to any new situation, so you can be sure that I will seamlessly fit into your department’s dynamic

2. What is Your fatal flaw ( Weakness )? Good Answer I am not perfect, but I do not have a ‘fatal flaw.’ If there was any skill I lacked that would prevent me from doing the job to the best of my ability, I would continue to work on that problem so that I could adequately complete any task at hand May you use one of strength as a weakness like I trust in every one but sometimes this trust put me in trouble

3. Why Should We Choose You Over the Other Candidates ? Employers are looking for confidence. They want you to understand your strengths and be able to recite them at a moment’s notice . Good Answer You are looking for someone that can easily fit into the department and seamlessly take on the responsibilities left vacant by the past employee. I not only have the experiences necessary to succeed in the position, including working with X, Y, and Z, I also fit in well with your department’s vision and have the ability to work quickly and efficiently to keep projects up to task. Other candidates may have some impressive qualifications of their own, but no other candidate is going to fit in as effectively as I will

4. Where Do You See Yourself In Five Years? Show that you have a five year plan and that your five year plan includes staying with the company Keep your plan realistic Focus only on your professional growth. Good Answer : My goal is to progressively earn more responsibilities within the company. My expectations are that within 5 years I will be leading projects ( For Example ) Note : Do not say I want to be supervisor or ,,,,or,,,,, you must be specific and realistic.

5. How to handle the change? When you start at a new job, many things are going to feel different. You are going to have different coworkers. You are going to have different supervisors. You are going to have different tasks. Possible Answers : - Change is what makes life interesting. Monotony may be easy, but it is not exciting. Positive or negative I am happy to adapt to any situation simply for the experience - We live with change every day of our lives. I consider myself adaptable to this change and have long since grown to appreciate it as a unique part of life .

6. How Do u Organize Ur Work ? Or Tell Me About Your Working Day ? Your answer does not need to be too complicated, and it does not necessarily matter “what” you use. What matters is that you have an actual answer that shows that you are organized and reliable. Your working day must be organized and timed. Tell him that you use “to do list” to be more organized

7. What did you have to learn to be become effective in your current role? You should show him that you have ability to learn Do not be complicated and go direct to certain topic that you read about it , Do not try to lie because it will fatal mistake. Good Answer : I read a lot of books about leadership that will help me to be effective in my role and the most valuable book is “21 law of leadership” , Really it is amazing book , It Give me all I want to know about leadership.

8. Give an example of how you exceeded customer expectations ? Use star technique for this question. You can exceed customer expectation by your fast action or by solving problem by professional way. Good Answer : S : Situation With Customer T : your Task ( Your Goal Is Customer Satisfaction ) A : Your Action ( What You Did To Satisfy Customer's Need ) R : Result ( Customer Became Satisfied And You Exceeded His Expectation )

You : Can you tell me what are the key features that you hope to be in the mobile you want ? Customer : I want mobile with high resolution camera and long life battery You : Great , this mobile have camera with 20 mega pixel resolution and battery stay for 24 hours so you can take high resolution pictures and can use mobile without worry about battery and you do not need to keep charger with you
