Winchester Lift Station Odor Control Project Scope of Work Construct and operate a horizontal biotrickling filter system, with building-like façade screening of odor control equipment to minimize visual impact Coordinate perimeter walls replacement and access gates relocation with developer Replace existing wet well hatches to seal in odor for treatment Test and repair existing wet well liner Similar odor control system successfully implemented at Sun City Lift Station
