When is the festival celebrated? Chinese new year is celebrated in spring on February fourth.

Who celebrates the festival? Chinese people celebrate this festival.

Where is the festival celebrated? The festival is out side at night.

How is it celebrated? The kids carry lanterns. They dress up like dragons. Families clean their houses.

Why is the festival celebrated? According to the Chinese calendar it time to start a new year.People can learn from there mistakes from last year.
