What are consequences of changes in the ecosystem? Learning Objectives: To know the major threats to the tropical rainforest ecosystem. To appreciate the consequences for people and the environment.

Starter Look carefully at the A3 sheet on your desk that outlines the threats to the tropical rainforest. Create a spider diagram summarising all the threats to the forest and then rank them in order of which you think does the most damage.

Watch the following clip and feedback your thoughts to the partner.
