1. Review of action points from previous meeting UNHCR to share communication of eviction notice of IDPs in Scout camp ordered by the Baghdad Operations Command to leave by 12th August 2017. The same has been shared with Protection Cluster – Pending Cluster to share list of IOM summer top items and CRS Basic summer kit with UNHCR -Done DRC to share with cluster ECHO site manager link used for site selection on shelter upgrade / rehabilitation including GPS Coordinates of selected sites. Shared i.e. http://iraqodk.iom.int/sitemanager/ Cluster to share the cluster mail chimp link for subscription by Partners as a number of Partners are not receiving key messages -Done Cluster to update stocks and pipeline of Western Anbar and Salah a Din Pre positioning - Done UNHCR to share MODM tent replacement figures - Pending Partners requested to share winterisation plans- Pending only few Partners have shared

Humanitarian Dashboard/Shelter & NFI response Main purpose: online infographics to monitor mainly the response and make them available to partners and donors to strengthen the advocacy. Sources of data: Activity Info mainly and sometimes the stocks from partners for comparison. Periodicity: updated monthly Two pages: - first page showing the aggregation of the response by area and period - second page showing the Humanitarian Response Plan (HRP) figures and the lines of response https://www.sheltercluster.org/iraq/iraq-shelter-and-nfi-dashboard Perspectives: support the different sub-national coordination areas with analysis and visualization tools like infographics and maps (collect of data)

Western Anbar Influx Updates Shade at screening point at Nadhira Check Point has been completed –UNHCR Progress on Kilo 18 Extension. 80% of work for the 512 tented camp at Kilo 18 is completed-UNHCR According to Protection Cluster; Local authorities in AAF have requested MODM to cease transfer of IDPs to AAF unless original documents of IDPs are presented for further screening. For the time being transfers are being made to HTC . Planning Figures :-Estimated number of people remaining under ISIL Controlled areas - 70,000 Adjustment on arrivals figures from Western Anbar Since the beginning of the year - 6,389 families have arrived Approximately 31,965 individuals (at an average of about 5 per family )

Western Anbar Influx Updates Telafar is already on going and will take about a month By mid-September with start the first phase of western Anbar by retaking Ru’ua and Ana This would be simultaneously with east bank of Shirqat After Telafar and this first Anbar operation, there will be a “short break” before starting with Second phase of Anbar operation to retake Ka’im Modality in Ana and Ru’ua could be retaking the areas, keeping IDPs close by and returning the population, avoiding displacement towards east. According to local authorities, MoMD is planning a 500 tents camp/temporary site to host remaining IDPs in a location between Al Baghdadi and Haditha, TBC

Total CRIs / NFI Kits = 3,500 for Western Anbar Influx. 2,000 NFI kits Summer top up. 4 b.) Key Issues - Available plots in Anbar Camps (latest version) Currently there are approximately 7,600 available plots in existing Anbar Camps in HTC , AK and AAF.

4 d&e .) Key Issues - Tent Replacement and Winterisation Plans Tent Replacement (Kilo 18, AAF camps etc.) Received figures from UNHCR - 324 tents replaced in HTC camps during the period. Tents so far replaced 8,313 ; Current Gap 14,687 needed for Camps in AAF, HTC and AK Winterisation Plans (Partner assessments) MOMD will provide Kerosene to IDPs in camps, 50 litres per family per month IOM plans to provide 6,000 seasonal kits during winter country wide Reminder to Partners to share winterization plans

5. Governorate Updates Kirkuk Governorate ( MODM) 1st and 4th August, MoDM distributed food and non-food items to IDPs in the Governorate, as follow: 7,000 sets of clothes, 1,000 air coolers, and 2,000 fans. Salah Al-Din Governorate (MODM) 1st and 16th August, MoDM distributed nonfood items to IDPs inside Tikrit city, and Al-Alam, Al-shahama, and Al-Karama, camps and Hijjaj and AlboToma areas, as follow:, 1,000 air coolers, 200 tents, and 6,000 ice blocks. Further, 19,000 L of Kerosene were distributed to IDPs in Al-Alam camp. 19th July and 7th August, the Ministry supplied Shirqat district with oil products, as follow: Petrol 1,008,529 litres, Kerosene 227,340 Litres, Diesel 598,287 litres, and 15,590 gas bottles. Anbar Governorate (MODM) 19th July and 8th August, the Ministry supplied Fallujah district, Garma, and Al-Saqlawiya with oil products, as follow: Petrol 3,402,600 litres, Kerosene 949,000 litres, Diesel 4,762,400 litres, and 50,390 gas bottles.

5. Governorate Updates Baghdad IOM has completed distribution of 1,300 Full Kits with summer ites to out of camp IDPs in Ramadi. 350 sealing kits distributed by IOM to IDPs living in AUBs in Ramadi 2,000 Summer top Kits have arrived in IOM Anbar ware house to be distributed in the coming days ( IOM is conducting assessments to identify families in need) NRC Update: 250 Kit of sealing off kits to be distributed in Baghdad, Abu-Ghraib and Al-Zaidan. (50 kits out of 250 distributed on 10th August 2017). NRC update:- 550 NFI kits to be distributed in Kilo 18 camp (for new arrivals) with the following contents: 6 Mattresses, 1 plastic rope , 1 (20 L) water Jerry can , 1 Cooking set , 1 plastic bucket, 1 cool box , 1 shading net. NRC Update -1,400 NFI kits to be distributed in Kilo 18 camp ( in camp) with the following contents: 2 Mattresses , 1 Rechargeable Electric Fan, 1 Solar Lantern, 1 Plastic Mat, 2 Bed Sheets ,1 Cool Box. NRC Update -1,550 Supplemental Seasonal Kits to be distributed in Bzaibiz and Ameriyat Al-Falluja with the following contents: 1 Rechargeable Electric Fan , 1 Solar Lantern. Basrah Kirkuk
