Cost Per Unit Total Annual Cost: $75,809 Cost per User: $6.40 Marginal Costs: HW costs are flat/fixed per the cloud-hosting contract. Labor costs for user support will increase as users/courses are added.

Security What risks does use of the service mitigate? Information security: restricts access to recordings to students in the class by default; Compliance with regulations and university policies (fair use, privacy, intellectual property) How does the service mitigate risks? Safe default configuration Vendor-hosted in cloud datacenters with redundancy
