DFA/Comptroller Relations Context The Director for Administration/Comptroller relationship is of critical importance to the day-to-day operations of the Military Treatment Facility. These two individuals, long with their respective staffs, need to work in harmony in order to accomplish mission objectives. As part of Navy Medicine’s audit readiness effort, this collaboration on business process improvements is vital to ensure that assessable units are ready for audit assertion. Purpose To improve collaboration between the DFA and Comptroller and develop a common understanding in order to achieve mission objectives. Outcome Work as a team for the good of the organization and create opportunities for mentoring and feedback. FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY
