DIGITAL MIGRATION PROJECT
WAYFORWARD The Department is putting together a migration process that will guide with the migration of employees to the new structure National Treasury will be approached for budget Programme structure as well as for additional funding. Comprehensive skills audit will be conducted immediately The staff who are currently in excess will be absorbed in the new structure Critical posts that are funded will be identified, prioritised immediately and advertised. All the other post will be filled in phases, priority list will be determine.
