The Rise of Digital Governance and Collaboration Groningen Declaration Network David K. Moldoff The Rise of Digital Governance and Collaboration Talent Scarcity, Commerce, Industry, Competitiveness, Differentiation. What is Driving Us? Our Desire to Define, Render, Track, Transform, Exchange, Compare and Understand how learning is packaged, unpackaged and repackaged to support Learner Aspirations – and the many Stakeholders who seek Talent. ECAM – Terena – Next steps to support Student Mobility.

Representatives from thirteen countries met in Rome, Italy on November 8-9, 2007 to discuss the assembly of common data exchange standards to support the goals of the Bologna Process. Fresco mural dating back over a thousand years. The Roman battles, led by Constantine in 300 AD, reveal how powerful the drive is to consolidate, standardize and sustain governance and commerce.

Globalization, Regional Evolution, Revolution, Innovation, Adoption Economic, Reusable, Sustainable, Respectful, Trustworthy and Authentic Our past, present and future converge on the challenges of scarcity – and working peacefully together as humanity continues to evolve. In peace, we come together to help every person fulfill their potential by finding the best pathway to a life of meaning and purpose. We are here today to share, learn and discuss the evolution of the global ecosystem and the application of technology serving that purpose.

A Use Case For Data Exchange Tennessee Reconnect is part of the larger “Drive to 55” campaign to increase the number of adults in the state with a postsecondary credential from 32% to 55% by 2025. Currently, Tennessee has between 900,000 and 1 million adults with some college credit, but no degree. PESC’s 17th Annual Best Practices Award Winner

The Rise of Digital Governance and Collaboration “We are seeing a rising trend in governance organizations (and there are many types, sizes and forms) leading, negotiating and implementing multi-institutional cloud services, common data access/exchange methods and shared taxonomies bridging localized and often incompatible SIS/LMS systems using data standards published by organizations such as PESC.”  David K.
