Welcome to 2nd Grade!!! Greeting Scholars! Welcome to village four and second grade! We are looking forward to meeting each of you. This year will be filled with lots of exciting activities. We will be doing many inquiry projects, reading lots of books, taking exciting field trips, and creating wonderful memories. We look forward to seeing you at the New Augusta Ice Cream Social. At the social, you may visit your new classroom, meet your teacher, drop off any wish list supplies, and most of all eat ice cream with your friends. To ensure that your child has a successful school year, we are asking parents to fulfill our school wish list for the following supplies: 3 boxes of Kleenex Dry Erase Markers Hand Sanitizer (boys bring) Clorox Wipes (girls bring) Ticonderoga Pencils (The cheaper pencils do not sharpen.) 3 Large Pink Eraser Glue Sticks Crayons Quart size baggies Pencil Supply box Your teacher will supply paper and folders.
