My Vision I want to change by break out of my shell I want to be more outgoing My Goal is to Go to DePaul because I admire my dad and he went there.

The things I want to achieve or change I want to be more independent so that I won’t be too dependent on my parents as soon as I leave home for college My math skills and being more aware of my surroundings so that I won’t get hurt

My Improvements/ Changes/ Challenges I would like to not be as lazy when it comes to my homework for any class I want to be more independent I need help understanding what to do on projects or assignments that are due on any dates that my teachers assign During gym class it’s hard for me to do things other kids can do

My Biases I hate when 2 nations go against each other in war and kill innocent people

My Culture I’m a christian. A tradition my family keeps is that every year I celebrate Christmas with my Mom’s side of the family ( 2 uncles, 2 aunts, Grandma, Grandpa, and my 6 younger cousins).

My values/Motivations My values are that I’m proud to have achieved the things I have so far in my life, which motivates me to go to my dream college
