GERD (Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease): Stomach contents rising above the esophageal sphincter.

Crohn’s Disease: Inflammatory bowel disease causing ulcers anywhere from mouth to anus.

Lactose Intolerance: Absence of lactase in sm. intestine. Results in: -abdominal pain -bloating -gas -diarrhea

Hemorrhoids: Swollen veins in rectum or anus. Caused by obesity, straining, or long periods of sitting

Gallstones: Hardened cholesterol “stones” in the gall bladder. Causes: -genetics -body weight -high cholesterol diet

Irritable Bowl Syndrome (IBS): Abdominal pain, cramping with diarrhea or constipation. Many causes!
