I have learned in whatever state I am, Content I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content:
Sufficiency within, Being satisfied because of living in God's fullness. This inward sufficiency is as valid in "low times" (suffering) as in "high times" (temporal prosperity)
"sufficiency within" occurs only in Phil 4:11 refers to positive inward adequacy that comes through the indwelling power of Christ

10 But I rejoiced in the Lord greatly that now at last your care for me has flourished again; though you surely did care, but you lacked opportunity. 11 Not that I speak in regard to need, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content:
12 I know how to be abased, and I know how to abound. Everywhere and in all things I have learned both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need. 13 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

My Faith Has Found a Resting Place 405
My faith has found a resting place, Not in device or creed; I trust the ever-living One, His wounds for me shall plead.
I need no other argument, I need no other plea, It is enough that Jesus died, And that He died for me.
Enough for me that Jesus saves, This ends my fear and doubt; A sinful soul I came to Him, He’ll never cast me out.
I need no other argument, I need no other plea, It is enough that Jesus died, And that He died for me.
My heart is leaning on the Word, The living Word of God, Salvation by my Saviour’s name, Salvation through His blood.
I need no other argument, I need no other plea, It is enough that Jesus died, And that He died for me.
My great physician heals the sick, The lost He came to save; For me His precious blood He shed, For me His life He gave.
I need no other argument, I need no other plea, It is enough that Jesus died, And that He died for me.
He who is the blessed and only Sovereign, the King of kings and Lord of lords, who alone has immortality, who dwells in unapproachable light, whom no one has ever seen or can see. To Him be honour and eternal dominion. Amen. 1 Timothy 6:15b-16 -
