With World War I ending, America enters a new age. The 1920’s are known as The Jazz Age. The Jazz Age brought new changes to American society.

The Automobile Age With the rise of Installment buying, more Americans could afford a car. The Nation’s economy revolved around the automobile. Detroit, Michigan become the auto manufacturing center of the world Henry Ford was the pioneer of Manufacturing the affordable automobile. With Ford’s assembly line concept, the price of a Model T was within the grasp of many Americans.
