How many slots do you need? Write to those waiting over 10 weeks to request opt in Add to those referred less than 10 weeks Example, Steve’s team families on waiting list 223 Asked 162 waiting over 10 weeks to opt in: 66 Waiting less than 10 weeks 61 Slots needed over next 8 weeks 66+ 61 = 127 Slots found 123 So initially plan for 50% of those on Waiting list will attend initial contact.
