Welcome to Orwell Healthcare

About us Established in 1998 with experience in the healthcare setting, Peter & Dr Mary Jones have applied their insight and expertise to develop the wide range of services now offered by Orwell Healthcare. Orwell House is a leading provider of residential nursing care services for older adults, with a continued focus on independent living. Orwell House is fully-prepared to facilitate a range of needs due to the extensive knowledge and training of our staff, and the support services from our multidisciplinary team. This includes: Long Term Care, Respite Care, High Dependency Care, Dementia Care, Palliative Care and Convalescent Care. Orwell Home care services include basic household tasks such as cleaning, cooking and shopping. We work with residents to identify and agree on which tasks will be performed. Our Care Assistants are able to undertake the light duties that would usually carry out by residents on a regular basis. Orwell Education is committed to developing a comprehensive understanding of care among healthcare professionals and those caring for a loved one. We provide training both in-house and externally, with a wide scope that includes food hygiene, cardio- pulmonary resuscitation and handling of people.
