RL.4.5- Explain major differences between poems, drama, and prose, and refer to the structural elements of poems when writing or speaking about a text. L.4.5- Demonstrate understanding of figurative language, word relationships, and nuances in word meanings. Vocab: personification, idiom, adage/proverb, simile, metaphor, alliteration, hyperbole, onomatopoeia, cliché, figurative language, rhyme scheme, stanza, line, repetition, rhythm Looking Ahead 4/20- Student-led conferences 4/21- Papa John’s Night for Treblemakers Math ALL Tribe Day Folders are DUE 4/21.
