2017-18 School Year RE-REGISTRATION STEPS At this time of year, we ask our families to login to the OLS and tell us your plans for the upcoming school year. Please follow these simple steps: STEP 1 Login to OLS as the Learning Coach and go to “My Info” under Quick Links:

STEP 2 Click the “RE-REGISTER NOW” button in the Overview panel on the left side of the page.

STEP 3 Click on “Unknown” so a pop-up window will appear: On the Re-registration page, the “Re-registration status” will default to “Unknown.” Click on “Unknown” so a pop-up window will appear:

STEP 4 Re-registering If your student is returning to Agora for the 2017-18 school year, select “Re-registering” from the drop-down list under Re-registering Status. If you have more than one student enrolled and they are ALL returning, check the box “Apply to all students?” Not Re-registering If your student will not be returning to Agora for the 2017-18 school year, select “Not re-registering” from the drop-down list under Re-registering Status.

STEP 4 - continued Consequences of Not Making a Decision If your have not yet decided whether your student will be returning, select “Undecided” from the drop-down list under Re-registering Status. When you have made your decision – especially if your child will be returning – please remember to update your Re-registration Status to ensure that your student will be enrolled for the new school year! Consequences of Not Making a Decision In July, Agora will “withdraw” all students who remain “Undecided” so we can focus on the students who will be returning in the fall If you are withdrawn and then you decide to return to Agora in the fall, you will have to start at the beginning of the Enrollment process Most importantly, your students may not be prepared to start school

STEP 5 -- CHECK YOUR STATUS AND VERIFY YOUR FAMILY INCOME The Re-registration column will now show your status as “Re-registered” with today’s date. Next click on “See List” under Column 2 titled “Compliances” to verify your Family Income. This is very important information that needs to be updated annually to ensure proper funding of our school!

STEP 5 – continued On the Compliancy page, click the “Please submit” link for the Family Income Form. Fill in the appropriate information and click ‘Save’ on the form.

STEP 5 – continued Once all forms have been completed and accepted, the final column will show a “Completed” status. They may take some time after you complete the process so be sure to check the status for each of your children to ensure the process is done. Once all students are listed as “Completed”, you’re all set!
