Adulting (v): to do grown up things and hold responsibilities such as, a 9-5 job, a mortgage/rent, a car payment, or anything else that makes one think of grown ups.

What is Adulting 101? An eight-part workshop series on various life skills Target audience is the -2/+3 population Launched in spring 2016

Why Adulting 101? Increase engagement while students were still on campus Stay relevant to recent grads No current life skills series existed on campus

Structure Wells Fargo sponsored the four financial workshops Each partner sponsored the other four workshops Consistency was key – same day, time, location for each workshop Incentives offered for student clubs who participated Collected data at the end of each workshop Free food!

Overall Budgeting workshops had the best attendance, but lower satisfaction Average attendance was ~31 Attracted junior and senior students Alumni guest speakers were consistently a hit
