Factoring By Grouping and Cubes

Factoring by grouping and cubes: Always look for GCF 2. Factoring By Grouping for polynomials with four or more terms 3. With two terms which are perfect cubes, use SUM or DIFFERENCE of two Cubes

1. Group the first two terms and the last two terms. Factor by grouping   1. Group the first two terms and the last two terms.     2. Factor the greatest common monomial factor out of each pair. 3x²(2x – 1) 5(2x – 1) 3. Factor the common binomial factor out and write the factorization (3x² + 5)(2x – 1)
