LEADER LEADERSHIP - issues discussed Leadership in a team – using a team, awareness of team members’ roles, delegating tasks Enabling improvement – problem solving, process of following up patients Acting in team – using team members, managing trainees in difficulty, dealing with conflict

LEADER – Issues discussed Direction setting – decision making about resuscitation, dealing with difficult colleague Effective services – guidance on when to call for senior help, getting feedback from patients Reflection – cbd itself, don’t be too harsh on yourself!
