Decision Making People can be divided into 3 groups: Those who make things happen Those who watch things happen Those who wonder what happen

Decidophobia pitfalls: Decision-making is a process of using resources to achieve goals that are based on values and standards. Decidophobia pitfalls: A. Subconsciously manipulates attitudes & information so that only on of the possible choices has a chance (Stacks the deck) B. Procrastination C. Pessimisim

Decision Making Process: 1- Define the problem 2- Analyze alternatives in terms of goals, values and resources 3- Consider consequences and responsibilities of each alternative. 4- Make a choice 5- Guide & control implementation of the decision. 6- Evaluate decision as a learning experience for the future.

Decision Making Activity…. 1- Individually write down your guess for the number of M&M’s in the package. Stop & wait for teacher instruction 2-With your table partner: come up with a number of M& M’s in the package

3- Working with “4” people, decide how many M&M’s are in the package. Wait for teacher instruction 4- Share group numbers Total=
