Decision Making Process: 1- Define the problem 2- Analyze alternatives in terms of goals, values and resources 3- Consider consequences and responsibilities of each alternative. 4- Make a choice 5- Guide & control implementation of the decision. 6- Evaluate decision as a learning experience for the future.
