Introduction Highveld Industrial Park The Highveld Industrial Park is situated in Witbank, Mpumalanga, and is only a 1.5 hour drive from Johannesburg. The facility is located adjacent to Old Pretoria Road and the N4 highway, ideal for providing easy access. The Highveld Industrial Park is the new premier warehousing and office location and is the largest industrial park in Witbank. Highveld offers a range of workshops and warehouses for rent, to be utilised for various and diverse purposes such as storage, maintenance and repairs or heavy machinery operations. The site has large capacity as well as a number of weighbridges available, facilitating efficient logistics in support of the warehouse function. There are furnished head offices and flexi-office space available for rent, which can also be utilised for administrative functions or training. Services* Ancillary services offered include potable water, electricity, internet, a canteen, refuse disposal, ample parking, change rooms, a clinic as well as A-grade security. Facility Description – Workshop No. 21 This facility consists of two steel cladded workshops situated in our fenced in security complex. Workshop No. 1 - This building has a large internal open area. Access to the workshop is via a large sliding door at one end or a standard single door at the other. The floor area is fully concreted. Workshop No. 2 - A single volume steel structure (fully cladded). The building houses 2 workshops with separate entrances each having a concrete and brick double storey building providing office space, storage and toilet facilities. Area (Workshop No. 1) 645 m2 Area (Workshop No. 1) 564 m2 Power - 220 Volts and 525 Volts for welding
