7TH GRADERS WELCOME! Row Leaders: Please pick-up folders. Have a seat before the bell rings or you will be late. :O) Get out your materials and prepare to write your agenda. 3rd Period: Check the board to see if you have lunch detention and you have to write a 1 paragraph letter of apology to Mrs. Orpitelli for your behavior. -Thank you!

A QUICK REMINDER: Make sure all water breaks, bathroom breaks, pencil sharpening, backpack cleaning, etc… are done BEFORE the bell rings. Do not get out of your seat without permission. If you are eating, put it away or throw it away. Do NOT shoot trash into the trash can. Be ready to work and stay on task.

ASSIGNMENT LOG # 5 5.) “YOUR FIRST TIME” PAR. 3/8 Write ONE FULL paragraph describing what your first time doing something was like, what it sounded like, smelled like, and felt like. Also, describe who you were with. (Be appropriate!) At least 6 sentences CIRCLE your periods (Ex: first time riding a bike, first time eating ice cream, first time at the beach, etc…)

CLASS CHART Assign a group scribe (CANNOT be group leader). Groups 1, 3, and 4: choose TWO scribes. Each person will do half of the words. Scribe will write their answers on the class chart. All students will fill in their own charts from class chart.

EXIT SLIP COOL DOWN “DESCRIPTION SENTENCE” Write your name on a scratch sheet of paper. Write one sentence using at least one word from at least 4 of the boxes and underline the words. Turn in at the end of the period.
