X Not Ready Waiting Until Have A Good Knowledge of Bible Waiting Until Get Life On The Right Track Waiting Till Gets Easier Waiting Until When It Will Not Cost Me Waiting For Time - When No One Urging Waiting Until Can Live Christian Life Without Falter

1. Why Some Are Not Ready 2. When One Is Ready

Baptism is to wash away sin I’m Ready When: I know I am in sin Baptism is to wash away sin Acts 2:38; 22:16 Need: sin separates from God Now - Isa. 59:1-2; Jas. 1:15 Eternally - Rom. 6:23 Is There Sin In Your Life? Old enough to violate the Word of God? Know of sin in your life? Isa 59:1-2 Behold, the LORD's hand is not shortened, That it cannot save; Nor His ear heavy, That it cannot hear. But your iniquities have separated you from your God; And your sins have hidden His face from you, So that He will not hear. Jas 1:15 Then, when desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, brings forth death. Rom 6:23 For the wages of sin is death

I’m Ready When: I know I am in sin I understand - Jesus Born of a virgin (Matt. 1:23) Lived sinless (Heb. 4:15) Son of God (Rom. 1:4) Died for our sins (1 Cor. 15:1-4) Raised from dead (Acts 2:24, 32)

I’m Ready When: I know I am in sin I understand - Jesus I understand what I need to do Believe in Christ (Jn. 8:24) Repent of past sin (Acts 2:38) Confess that I believe (Rom. 10:9-10; Acts 8:37) Be Baptized in water (Mk. 16:16; Acts 2:38) Rom 10:9-10 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

I understand why I need to do it I’m Ready When: I know I am in sin I understand - Jesus I understand what I need to do I understand why I need to do it John 8:21 Then Jesus said to them again, "I am going away, and you will seek Me, and will die in your sin. Where I go you cannot come." 1Cor. 6:9-11 Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God. And such were some of you. But you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Rev 21:8 But the cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death." Lost - Now & Will Be Eternally! Jn. 8:21; 1 Cor. 6:9-11 - Can’t go to heaven Rev. 21:8; Rom. 6:23 - Will go to hell

I understand why I need to do it I know I am in danger if delay I’m Ready When: I know I am in sin I understand - Jesus I understand what I need to do I understand why I need to do it I know I am in danger if delay

DANGER Who Knows? Next Month Next week Next Year Today 1Thess. 5:2 For you yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so comes as a thief in the night. 1. Christ could return (Matt. 24:34ff; 1 Thess. 5:1-2) 2. You could die (Heb. 9:27)

I’m Ready When: I know I am in sin I understand - Jesus I understand what I need to do I understand why I need to do . . . I know I am in danger if delay I can’t be talked out of it

I’m Ready to be Baptized 1. Why Some Are Not Ready 2. When One Is Ready 3. Are You Ready?

Are You Ready? In Sin? Believe? Repented? Ready to Commit? If Not: Why? When?
