PHYSICAL APPEARANCE

1. DAILY UNIFORM

MALE UNIFORM Barong style polo with JILCF patch on the left pocket Plain white undershirt Straight cut navy blue pants Black leather shoes Plain white socks

FEMALE UNIFORM Blouse: white cloth, baby collar with piping, with prescribed necktie and patch Plain white undershirt Skirt: checkered, round pleated, two inches below the knees Black leather shoes (heels are not higher than 1 inch) Plain white socks

2. P.E UNIFORM PE t-shirt Blue jogging pants Rubber shoes and white socks Grade level shirts are to be used only during official school activities or as mandated.

3. GROOMING

BOYS Haircut must be decent and manly. Hair must not cover the nape nor touch the eyebrows Plain white undershirt must always be tucked in Wearing cap is prohibited in the school Moustache and beard must be shaved Fingernails must be properly trimmed. Nail polish is not allowed. Unnecessary shaving of eyebrows is prohibited.

GIRLS Hair must always be neatly combed, well- clipped or tied when needed. Bangs should not cover the face. Plain white undershirt and shorts must be worn Socks must be plain white without ruffles Wearing full make-up is not allowed except during special occasions Wearing caps is prohibited in the school Unnecessary shaving of eyebrows is prohibited

4. IDENTIFICATION CARD A student must wear his/her ID before entering the school. He/she must wear it in school at all times. ID is non-transferable; lending and borrowing ID shall be considered a minor offense A student found guilty of tampering and/or malicious keeping or tapping of other student’s ID would undergo disciplinary measures A student must tap his/her ID only on the station designated to the department which he/she belongs. A student who loses his/her ID must inform his/her adviser immediately.
