Risk Assessment MAP Managers has develop a instrument that assess individual risk. Individual risk is scored as 1 low and 7 high. Using the RULA model, a pictorial job assessment instrument was developed, again scaled 1 to 7.

Risk Assessment Statistical analysis was preformed. Interventions developed. Research completed. Success published. (reference web site for details)
