Corporate culture What is corporate culture? - personality of an organization - corporate ethics - rules of behaviour Where to „find it“? - company´s mission statement - interior decoration of offices - architectural style, design - what people wear - how people address each other

Corporate culture - working hours (flextime, telecommuting, teleworking …) - working environment (interaction between employees, degree of competition, fun/hostile environment …) - dress code (accepted styles of clothing, „casual days“ ) - office space (layout, display of personal things, etc.) - training and skills development - onsite perks (break room, gym, daycare facility …) - the amount of time outside the office you are expected to spend with co-workers) - interaction with other employees (managers, top management)
