General numbers for deliverables 2008 131 deliverables => 77 tickets, all deliverable holders contacted via RT, tickets canceled for justified reasons => 9 (11%) tickets declared ready to be resolved => 42 (55%) tickets very advanced => 9 (11%) in total 77% of tickets in “good shape” but only 8 tickets finalized with final acceptance report delivered. Some reminder for procedures (1) All communication on deliverables (tickets) ONLY via DESY rt-system https://rt-system.desy.de/index.html (Queue: xfel-wp02-llrf-coordination).
