Program Assessment: Faculty Surveys “This was a great opportunity to work with people from other departments to help students overcome writing challenges.” “I gained more confidence and assistance in teaching and grading writing.” “The program encouraged me to follow through on all the ideas I have had about improving writing in my classes.” “As a result of this program my students have a competitive advantage in writing.”

How You Can Help: Ask your faculty to volunteer for Wise Writes this year! 1K Stipend for 8 Workshops and Assessment Participation Info Meeting 8/31 Promote the Writing Center and Wise Writes Activities! Wise Writes Class Visits Discuss Writing Standards in your Department. Single Authored, 3+ pages, Revised Submit ungraded writing samples with course name and number and student’s full legal name for the Assessment.
